Red House Staging offers two distinct staging packages to aid you in selling your home fast & for top dollar. Our Signature Red House Package and our Red House Platinum Package cover a wide scope of budgets and needs, allowing you to show your home in top condition. RED HOUSE STANDARDS
Complimentary initial property site visit to assess project needs and determine possible staging scopes.
To keep things moving along you will always have 1 day installations and 1 day de-stages!
Every staging includes at least 2-3 Logistics Technicians and at least 1-2 Project Mangers and/or Staging Assistants to transform your home or listing on the day of installation!

RED HOUSE STAGING PACKAGES
The Signature Package
Our Signature packages uses our rotating inventory and a talented Project Manager who will design a staging product that is well tailored to the specific buyer audiences given the location and caliber of the property. We have over 30,000+ sqft of warehouse space with virtually every style and size of inventory, and if needed. We need only 1-2 weeks lead time and a few days prep time for our Signature stagings, making this package perfect for quick turn around projects, condos, and smaller listings.

The Platinum Package
Our Platinum service allows for considerable design input from Developers, Agents, and/or Homeowners regarding the direction and design of the staging. Project Managers can be “on-call” for discussions regarding the staging style and can send photo examples of inventory reserved within a week of the staging. Platinum stagings typically require longer lead times (4-5 weeks minimum is requested, however some projects may require more time), and include custom sourcing for statement pieces of furniture, art, decor, & accessories, and a longer swap period for necessary edits. Lead time is key for our Platinum projects to ensure the staging is done properly with the right caliber and scale inventory leading ultimately to a shorter time on market and max profit at sale. Our Platinum packages are ideal for large / unique projects and high caliber listings!
